This is another area that really interests me. I read quite a bit of vampire books, especially Ann Rices the vampire chronical series. All these books have vampires that live in the New Orleans area. These areas have been described in details in quite a few of the chapters of these books. It sounds beautiful but creepy and dark at the same time. I think it would be so cool it we were able to take a day and go exploring around these areas. But for now I'm just glad I have been able to see this town, even if it is from the freeway!
