The day after Thanksgiving we picked up a load of christmas trees in Aurora it's right by Portland Oregon, they were headed for Fort Worth Texas. We had to stop in Ontario Oregon at this ice house and the guy sprayed 1,500 lbs of ice on top of the trees. We didn't exactly know why this was being done, we speculated it was to water the trees or keep moisture in the trailer? The next morning when we pulled outta our parking spot we left a river of water behind, so the ice didn't last, we didn't figure it would, so what the purpose of the ice was we are not exactly sure, just doing what we were told to do!
