I84 in Oregon round 2

Well it finally happened, the bad weather started catching up with us, we drove all the way through Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin and only ran in a little black ice, some snow, wind and a lot of cold. But we had heard the weather was supposed to turn nasty and we need to climb through the Blues in Oregon to get to Portland. That's where we got stopped dead in our tracks at mile marker 261 on I84. They were forcing everyone to get off and go into town but not many trucks wanted to get off the highway so we all lined up on the edge of the highway and stayed there for almost 3 hours while the highway was closed.
