We ran into some black ice in North Dakota and a little bit of snow in Wisconsin. The temperatures didn't get over 10 degrees the whole time we were in these areas. Thank goodness Gary talked me into getting some snow boots when we stopped at Walmart before we got into these areas and some really nice Dan Skin slippers to wear in the truck. It was so nice having warm feet, cause the cold, the snow and the wind was just awful. And the terrible part is this isn't even winter yet!
